RANDOLPH T. SHELL - PRINCIPAL/DESIGNATED BROKER

Shell Commercials principal and designated Broker, Randy Shell, has over 15 years of local commercial real estate expertise. Shortly after graduating from Michigan State University in 1986, armed with a degree in finance, Randy decided to move to Scottsdale where he began his career in Commercial Real estate. Getting his start as a Retail Leasing Representative for an upscale retail project in Scottsdale, Randy quickly proved his abilities during one of Arizona’s more difficult economic times. Motivated by his early success, Randy joined a successful Scottsdale Brokerage firm as a Real Estate Leasing and Sales Representative. It was here when Randy’s career went into high gear, working directly for the Designated Broker and handling every aspect of the business. He polished his skills in obtaining listings, creating marketing packages, analyzing investment opportunities and handling all leasing activities for the firm.

After nearly five years of handling hundreds of successful closings, negotiations, sales and building transactions, Randy went on to earn his Real Estate Brokers License and became Vice President of yet another prominent Scottsdale Brokerage firm. It was here that Randy propelled himself as one of the Phoenix Metro areas Top Real Estate Professionals. During this time Randy also developed an impressive personal portfolio of commercial properties. From this unique perspective Randy can consult his clients on the best available opportunities from the viewpoint of Broker and an owner with his own money on the line.

In mid 2002, Randy’s passion and dedication to the Commercial Real Estate business drove him to opening his own firm bearing his name, Shell Commercial Investment Real Estate. In spite of his high level of success, Randy has maintained a very humble and low profile as it relates to what is an otherwise a very flamboyant industry.

Randy and Laura Shell reside in north Scottsdale with their two children Megan and Matthew. They enjoy golf, fishing and travel.

JOHN QUATRINI - ASSOCIATE BROKER

John Quatrini has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona for over Fourteen years. He joined Shell Commercial in early 2003. John possesses a diverse and unique background which lends itself well to serving the needs of Shell Commercial’s varied clientele. As a former principal of Premier Sales, Arizona’s #1 Ranked Business Brokerage firm three years running, John is very well versed in the arena of acquisition, disposition, listing, selling and financial investment analysis with business and commercial property transactions. John also has building ownership interests in several properties himself, which keeps him well informed on local market conditions.

Over the fourteen years John has not only participated in overseeing the transactions of his former firm, but he himself acquired ownership in several small businesses. Among his many successes, he recently sold a local service company which he grew to ten times its original size and created one of the largest companies of its kind in the Southwest. The growth and market dominance achieved by this company recently attracted a publicly traded company to acquire the firm, for which John has been retained as a consultant.

The knowledge John has acquired as a business and building owner will prove to be a tremendous asset when negotiating on behalf of the tenants and building owners he represents. John’s real estate transactions span many market sectors.  While he has completed transactions in the industrial, office, retail and places of religious worship market sectors. John’s work in the religious worship market is nearest and dear to his heart as he believes this is a God ordained ministry that is part of his calling to further Gods kingdom. The other brokers in his office call him “Gods Realtor” a title John takes very seriously. 

With over 20 years of business and sales experience and armed with a “Service First Philosophy” John has made a personal commitment to provide an unparalleled level of service to his customers. John and Sherri Quatrini reside in North Scottsdale along with their two daughters Gianna and Gabrielle Quatrini. Together John and his wife Sherri have worked as volunteer ministers teaching Kids Church for the last five years. John also leads a Business Bible group that meets each Tuesday in the Scottsdale Airpark. The Quatrini’s are devoted Christians and attend Church for the Nations, a non-denominational church in Phoenix that is devoted to reaching out to the needs of the inner city.

MICHELLE GARDNER- SENIOR ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE AGENT

Michelle Gardner partnered with Shell Commercial in 2007 with more than 11 years of sales and marketing experience in multiple fields of business. With degrees in business, she holds a M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and a B.S. from University of the Pacific, CA. Michelle believes that playing D1 college soccer, where she was named captain of the team, gave her that “team spirit,” work ethic and determination she brings to Shell Commercial and the field of Commercial Real Estate. Michelle specializes in leasing and sales of industrial and office Commercial Real Estate in the Greater Scottsdale Airpark and has brokered deals throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Michelle’s success in brokering has been attributed to her responsiveness, firm negotiation, uncompromised integrity, as well as her interpersonal approach with clients and local market knowledge. Michelle creates professional working relationships by networking with her business community and staying tuned in to the most current Real Estate information and approaches to help to solve her clients’ business needs.
